Enrollment Information and Application
The following tips can help the enrollment process go smoother:
- Please make sure to upload all of the items below to make the approval and appointment-making process quicker.
- Proof of residency (current water, gas, electric bill, or lease agreement
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization records
- Social Security Card
- Report card and transcript from previous school
- Parent/Guardian ID
- Please be patient as we work through all of the pending applications. We will give you a call and set up an appointment once we have all of the needed items for enrollment.
- Out of state or country enrollments do take more time to process. Texas immunization requirements may mean additional shots are needed prior to enrollment and obtaining records takes more time as other states do not begin school until after September 1st, which means that getting records sent to us takes longer, so uploading a transcript from the previous school will help expedite the process.
